My husband and I just returned from a week's trip to Montana where we explored Glacier National Park followed by more hiking, some archery, and relaxation at a ranch for a few days. It was glorious. After travel, my body always craves tons of crunchy greens and smoothies to get back on track. Although I try and eat as healthy as possible on vacation, I certainly make room for indulgences.
