Who doesn't love a good misting now and again? Odacité mint and green tea mist is the perfect morning, midday, any time of day pick-me-up. This refreshing mist is 100% natural, composed of 97% organic ingredients, and contains no parabens or phtalates. This multipurpose mist is invigorating and refreshing and leaves a lingering energized glow. I love to use it midday as a refresher, as a post-workout purifier, or as an after washing toner. Added bonus - the green tea extract fights free radicals, proving that this potent and powerful plant has benefits for the inside and outside.

Happy Friday! Last Friday was well spent with a sunset beach walk at my happy place in Longboat Key, FL along with plenty of local grapefruit and sunshine.
This weeks Friday Favorites are brought to you by my best friend Kevin Michael Ericson, who always keeps me on trend, motivated, and provides me with constant warm and happy thoughts. Stay warm vegheads.

Puffy eyes have always been my dead giveaway of a meal a tad too salty or a night not well slept. Constantly in search for the perfect de-puffer, I have tried the gamut of creams priced high and low, natural and homeopathic, and multi-purpose cover-ups. Not one who likes to waste any time in the am reclining with cold tea bags or cucumber slices on my eyes, I rejoiced when I found Klorane soothing and relaxing patches with cornflower. Simply apply the cooling patches, when you need a little de-puffing action, go about your business for 20 minutes, and than remove. The patches are the perfect antidote for reducing inflammation without losing time responding to morning emails or whipping up your morning oats. Do you have any remedies that you utilize to trade up the puffs for bright and rested peepers?
Friday Favorites - Treat Yourself
Like many individuals out there, I am certainly one who can be extremely hard on myself and fall victim to self-criticism...often. It is essential to be aware how repetitive negative thoughts can have ramifications, internally and externally, and can affect overall health. Maybe it manifests as pain or skin breakouts or being unable to shed those nagging 5 pounds, but practicing the art of self-love and treating yourself can have multifaceted results. Indulging yourself is not defined as having a bar of chocolate or that creamy dreamy pasta or that third dirty martini, it is about nurturing your body and soul. This weekend is the perfect opportunity to show yourself some love. In theme with Valentine's Day, here are my "treat yourself" friday favorites.

Happy Thanksgiving weekend. I hope you had a deliciously satisfying T-Day. We are off to our second Thanksgiving celebration later today! All this festive eating and drinking can certainly put a strain on the waistline. Although I do love a slice of pumpkin pie and some scoops of stuffing, it is important to recognize the celebration as one meal and not allow the overindulgences to carry over throughout the season. So get those sneaks on, buy some new workout gear this Black Friday, and be motivated to stay on track. Here are my Friday Favorites
